- These Terms apply to all advertisers, clients, and users of the platform.
- Explore Namibia 360 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

- Advertisers acknowledge that their details will be publicly visible and take responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information.

- Advertisers are responsible for:

- Complying with Namibian law and relevant international standards.
- Advertisers may not:
- Submit misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Advertisers retain ownership of their logos, business descriptions, and content supplied.
- By submitting content, advertisers grant Explore Namibia 360 a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content for marketing purposes.
- The Explore Namibia 360 website, platform, branding, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Explore Namibia 360 and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Explore Namibia 360 will not be held liable for:
- Any disputes, cancellations, or service failures between advertisers and their clients.
- Loss of income, bookings, or reputational damages.
- Legal or civil actions resulting from false or incomplete information provided by advertisers.
- All liability for services or claims made by advertisers rests solely with the advertiser.
8. Indemnification
- Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Explore Namibia 360, its owners, affiliates, and employees from:
- Any civil or criminal claims brought against them by third parties.
- Any damages or losses resulting from inaccurate, false, or misleading information.
9. Payments and Fees
- Advertising fees are payable monthly in advance.
- Payments must be made no later than the 1st of every new month.
- Failure to pay will result in:
- Immediate suspension of the advertiser’s listing.
- Removal of promotional content from the website and social media platforms.
- Payments are non-refundable.
10. Termination of Services
- Explore Namibia 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate advertising services if:
- Payments are not received on time.
- Content submitted is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
- An advertiser breaches these Terms.
- Advertisers may terminate their agreement with one (1) month written notice, but no refunds will be issued for unused advertising time.
11. Prohibited Use
Advertisers and users may not:
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Post defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive material.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform’s systems.
- Misrepresent services or impersonate other businesses.
12. Force Majeure
- Explore Namibia 360 will not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power failures, strikes, or government restrictions.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be resolved in the Courts of the Republic of Namibia, within the Region of Erongo, Town of Walvis Bay.
- Namibian law applies to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
14. Amendments to Terms
- These Terms may be updated or amended at any time.
- Advertisers and users will be notified of significant changes via the website or email.
- Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Acceptance of Terms
- By using the services of Explore Namibia 360, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms of Service.
- Accept all conditions and requirements.
- Agree to comply fully with them.
